Shortbarrel Bark Batch Small Batch Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey

Tasting Notes: 

Aroma: Slight notes of baking spices, pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, and mint candy in the background.

Mouth: Caramel, vanilla, puppy kisses, surprisingly sweet while holding onto the signature Shortbarrel lingering spice that has become our trademark.

Finish: Despite a lower proof for some. The long, spicy finish remains the whole time.  The finish consisted of clove, rye spice, almond, oak, and tobacco leaf.
